High-performance Heat Sealing Bag Production Line

The high-performance heat sealing bag production line is engineered for precision and efficiency and is specifically designed to process all heat-sealable materials, including pure PE. With support for film widths up to 650mm and roll diameters reaching 700mm, this advanced bag-making system delivers consistent, high-speed output at up to 16 bags per minute. It supports double-length bags up to 800mm and widths and heights up to 600mm, making it ideal for manufacturing 3D liner bags, stacking barrel liners, and flexible water bladder liners used across various industrial applications. The entire line is housed in a robust 23m fuselage, ensuring stability and durability during continuous operation.

Features

ML-600 features multiple practical modules, including an automatic feeding system, an intelligent control system, a vacuum suction port, and a heating sealing device. These modules work together to make the bag making process more environmentally friendly and efficient. Automatic feeding device can automatically feed roll material into the bag making area for cutting and positioning, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each bag's dimensions. Intelligent control system displays and modify the equipment's operational status, ensuring the stability and reliability of the bag-making process. Vacuum suction port module ensures the roll material adheres tightly to the bag-making area, preventing the formation of bubbles or wrinkles and ensuring the quality of the inner liner bags. Heating sealing device rapidly heats and seals the bags, ensuring excellent sealing performance and enhancing the product's leak-proof capabilities.
