The Seaworthy Packing Bag Making Machine is designed for high-strength marine packaging applications. It supports all heat sealing materials, including pure PE, with a max film width of 2550mm and bag sizes up to 2400mm in both width and height. Operating at a steady speed of 3 pcs/min, this heavy duty bag machine is ideal for producing 3D sea bags used in bulk export, container lining, and moisture-resistant cargo protection.
Built on a 38-meter-long fuselage and weighing 22 tons, this machine ensures stable performance and precision sealing even for oversized bags. Whether for seaworthy liners, PE export bags, or heavy-duty 3D shipping bags, it delivers consistent quality and supports automated production needs for industries involved in ocean freight, bulk packaging, and international logistics.
This machine is primarily used for producing three-dimensional shipping bags. Workers set process parameters such as bag size, quantity, and packaging process via a touchscreen, and the machine automatically produces bags according to the set parameters without manual intervention. The system features a precision bag sheet switching mechanism that quickly and accurately positions the bag sheets, ensuring consistent bag size accuracy and production speed. It is also equipped with a high-precision heat sealing device for rapid bag production. Additionally, it includes an automatic counting and statistics function, enabling proper documentation of the bag type and production time for each batch, facilitating production management.
