The FIBC Liner Bag Sealing Machine is specially designed for making high-strength liner bags using all heat-sealing materials, including pure PE. Supporting film widths up to 2450mm and bag sizes up to 2400mm wide and 1600mm long (double), this machine is ideal for manufacturing foldable box liner bags and FIBC inner liners for dry bulk or liquid containment. With a stable output of 3.5 bags per minute, it meets the high-efficiency demands of industrial packaging.

Features

This equipment can automatically complete the bag making process for ton container liner bags. Using advanced sensor technology, it can accurately detect the size and shape of the bags and automatically adjust the bag length as needed. At the same time, the equipment also has automatic cutting, automatic conveying, and automatic sealing functions, greatly improving bag making efficiency. The machine is also equipped with a clever detection device that can monitor abnormal conditions during the bag making process in real time and issue timely alarms, ensuring the excellence and safety of product production.
