Simply set the parameters and feed the raw materials into the system, and the machine will automatically complete the processes of unwinding the roll material, cutting, sealing, and embossing. Precise cutting and sealing capabilities ensure that each bag meets the required dimensions and sealing quality. Additionally, the equipment features intelligent fault detection, enabling it to directly identify and eliminate potential issues during the bag-making process, thereby preventing the production of defective products due to equipment malfunctions.

7. iPad split-screen control, allowing operation from any position on the machine.

8. One-touch changeover: Switch product types without mechanical adjustment or debugging. Supports up to 10,000 recipe groups.

9. Unwinding system: Each film roll is independently fed by servo motors, with ultrasonic sensing and automatic tension control to ensure high consistency across layers.
