Flexible Liquid Pouch System is designed for producing large-format liquid packaging using all heat-sealing materials, including pure PE. It supports film widths up to 4050mm and roll diameters of 1200mm, allowing the production of container Flexitank liner bags with widths up to 4000mm and lengths up to 1600mm (double). With a bag-making speed of 2.5 pcs/min, it’s ideal for bulk liquid packaging in logistics, food, and chemical industries.
Built with a sturdy 38-meter fuselage and 35-ton weight, this system ensures stable, high-precision sealing. It’s perfect for manufacturing flexible container liners, PE transport bags, and bulk liquid pouches used in ISO tanks and container applications. The system can quickly adapt to bags of different specifications and sizes without changing molds, saving production time and costs. ML-4000 achieves fully automated bag production. Simply set the parameters and feed the raw materials into the system, and the machine will automatically complete the processes of unwinding the roll material, cutting, sealing, and embossing. Precise cutting and sealing capabilities ensure that each bag meets the required dimensions and sealing quality. Additionally, the equipment features intelligent fault detection, enabling it to directly identify and eliminate potential issues during the bag-making process, thereby preventing the production of defective products due to equipment malfunctions.
