The Plastic Granule Packaging Bag Making Machine is specifically designed for producing large aluminum foil FIBC bags, ensuring maximum durability and protection for bulk plastic granule packaging. Compatible with all heat-sealing materials, including pure PE cylindrical film, the machine accommodates a film width of 1350mm and a roll diameter of 800mm. It supports bag sizes up to 800mm in length (per double) and a maximum width of 1300mm, delivering strong and reliable packaging performance.

The machine is built with a robust 30-ton fuselage and occupies a footprint of 40m × 4.89m × 2.38m. Operating at a speed of 4 pcs/min, it provides a stable, high-strength manufacturing solution for large-format bags. It can not only be applied to package plastic granules, but also masterbatch and chemical raw materials. The aluminum foil liner structure offers superior moisture resistance, high barrier protection, and enhanced load security, making it ideal for long-distance transportation and extended storage of bulk resins, additives, and other sensitive materials.

The ML-1300DD is designed for producing aluminum foil FIBC bags that require complex bag-making processes. It is equipped with an independent modular hot-pressing unit, while the electrical system supports iPad-based real-time operation for easy monitoring and one-click shape adjustments. A computer-controlled shrink sealing function with upper and lower hot knives ensures secure and consistent sealing. Safety devices are integrated to protect operators during use. The machine is built with a durable structure, stable performance, long service life, and low maintenance requirements.
